Regionalism = Results
North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP) generates real economic impact for the 14 parishes it serves. From 2012 to 2015, the companies we assisted generated 4,620 new direct jobs and $1.3 billion in direct capital investment. Invest in NLEP because Regionalism = Results!
"Economic development is so important for any community, and NLEP has been on the forefront of that. NLEP has been a great partner for Fire Tech Systems. We’ve been investors since day one, and my small investment has brought back a tenfold return. Fire Tech Systems is expanding right now, and I truly believe that NLEP is a part of that growth.”
Linda Biernacki
"It is vital that private sector voices are heard in every conversation about workforce development. We can’t grow our business without the right people. Educators and government leaders need to hear from us consistently and often! With NLEP we have found the energetic, well informed, and highly engaged advocate that we need to connect industry with education partners."
Bob Ewing
"North Louisiana is a very unique region where needs are always changing and evolving, and NLEP is continually working to ensure our community is workforce-ready for existing and prospective businesses.The Parish of Caddo is an investor and I’ve chosen to commit my time to NLEP's Board of Directors because NLEP is the organization that will lead the way to better prosperity for our region...for all of us.”
Valarie Gunn
NLEP Board Officer at Parish of Caddo
"We cannot take North Louisiana for granted when it comes to our future. Now is the time to tap into ongoing growth and reach our full potential as a region...There has never been a more critical time for our region to unify and speak with one voice. Growth here will not be handed to us or ‘just happen.’ We must set priorities, plan strategically, and work aggressively for that growth in Baton Rouge and at home.”
John Jones
Senior Vice President of Policy & Government Relations at CenturyLink
Without NLEP, we would have never been able to bring all the parties together with the right focus to hammer out a deal. NLEP was the glue that held everything together. I commend their talented staff for assisting us with our growth plans.
Jim Dean
Vice President and General Manager at Module X Solutions
