During his time at LED, he managed projects that resulted in a total investment of $774 million and over 1,000 total new jobs brought to communities in Louisiana. Under the direction of NLEP President & CEO, Justyn Dixon, Will’s primary focus is business attraction and development through innovative strategy, effective network creation, and special projects.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Science in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. During his time there, Will graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded Outstanding Master of Science in Economic Development by the Economic Development Department Chair.

“I am proud to add two highly skilled members to our team. Megan’s project management knowledge will enhance our ability to quickly recognize, evaluate, and respond to quality opportunities,” said Justyn Dixon, NLEP President & CEO. “Will is highly resourceful and brings the value we need to push ourselves outside of the box and get outside of our market to compete successfully for economic development wins for our region. They both bring unique qualifications and career experiences to help us increase our ability to pivot and adapt with each project.”

Both Megan and Will bring an advantage to NLEP’s business development initiatives. Their education and experience are exceptionally beneficial as it amplifies the team’s ability to manage complex projects as they compete to bring jobs and investments to the region while enhancing a reputation for excellence among economic development professionals representing North Louisiana.
