Shreveport Airport Warehouse District Site underwent a comprehensive review process under the Louisiana Economic Development Certified Sites Program. A Phase 1 environmental assessment, geotechnical assessment, cultural resources survey and wetland delination study were conducted to assure companies can fast-track their projects on this site.
